V50 is the canonical-terminology and lexicon frontdoor. It owns lock-level terminology governance, canonical naming, keyword normalization, alias registration, and gap registration, but it does not adjudicate theory truth and does not replace the explanatory authority of V01–V09.
Use V50 when the question is how a term should be written, normalized, abbreviated, or registered as an alias or gap. Do not use it as a shortcut for deciding whether a theory claim is true; when naming and theory collide, V50 decides the name and canon-core decides the theory.
