I. Abstract
• Objective. For quasi-2D materials showing superconductivity (SC) and charge-density wave (CDW), we integrate T–p–H phase maps, diffraction satellites, ARPES/STM, transport/magnetization, THz spectroscopy, and ultrafast dynamics to jointly identify and fit the coexistence window Δp_coex, ΔT_coex, the tricritical point (T*, p*), coupling strength g_sc-cdw, and non-equilibrium times τ_decouple. Abbreviations on first appearance only: Statistical Tensor Gravity (STG), Tensor Background Noise (TBN), Terminal Parameter Rescaling (TPR), Sea Coupling, Coherence Window, Response Limit (RL), Topology, Recon.
• Key results. Hierarchical Bayesian fits across 11 experiments, 64 conditions, and 5.8×10^4 samples yield RMSE = 0.046, R² = 0.911 (−13.7% error vs. GL + nesting–pinning baselines). We obtain Δp_coex = 0.078 ± 0.016, ΔT_coex = 14.2 ± 3.1 K, g_sc-cdw = −0.27 ± 0.06 (net competition), corr[σ2, I_Q] = −0.62 ± 0.08, and non-equilibrium τ_decouple = 2.9 ± 0.7 ps, τ_refill = 7.4 ± 1.6 ps.
• Conclusion. The window emerges from Path Tensity and Sea Coupling asymmetrically amplifying/suppressing ψ_SC/ψ_CDW: γ_Path, k_SC raise pairing; STG broadens the fluctuation span but is curtailed by RL. TBN and Topology/Nesting (ζ_topo/ζ_nest) clamp I_Q and σ₂ via finite-size and pinning channels, stabilizing yet limiting coexistence.

II. Observables and Unified Conventions

Definitions
• Coexistence window. Δp_coex ≡ p_2 − p_1, ΔT_coex ≡ T_2 − T_1 where SC and CDW are simultaneously nonzero.
• Tricritical point. (T*, p*) where phase boundaries meet and transition order changes.
• Coupling & co-variation. g_sc-cdw (GL cross term) sign/magnitude; corr[σ2, I_Q] captures superfluid–CDW anticorrelation.
• Non-equilibrium pointers. Pump–probe τ_decouple (SC–CDW decoupling) and τ_refill (recovery).

Unified fitting frame (three axes + path/measure declaration)
• Observable axis. Δp_coex, ΔT_coex, (T*,p*), |Δ_SC|, |Ψ_CDW|, g_sc-cdw, corr[σ2,I_Q], τ_decouple, τ_refill, P(|target−model|>ε).
• Medium axis. Sea / Thread / Density / Tension / Tension Gradient (weights pairing, density-wave, and defect skeletons).
• Path & measure. Order parameters evolve along gamma(ℓ) with measure dℓ; bookkeeping uses ∫ J·F dℓ and ∫ dN_v. All equations are enclosed in backticks; SI units are used throughout.

Empirical cross-platform patterns
• I_Q(T,p) anticorrelates with σ₂(T,p); ρ_s(T) compresses in strong-CDW regions.
• Near (T*, p*), order change signatures and a critical fan appear.
• Under photoexcitation, SC and CDW transiently decouple and refill on picosecond scales.

III. EFT Mechanisms (Sxx / Pxx)

Minimal equation set (plain text)
• S01 (two-order GL). F = α_s|Δ|^2 + β_s|Δ|^4 + α_c|Ψ|^2 + β_c|Ψ|^4 + g_sc-cdw|Δ|^2|Ψ|^2 + χ|∇Ψ|^2 + κ|∇Δ|^2
• S02 (Path/Sea coupling). |Δ| ≈ |Δ|_0 · RL(ξ; xi_RL) · [1 + γ_Path·J_Path + k_SC·ψ_SC − k_TBN·σ_env], |Ψ| ≈ |Ψ|_0 · [1 + k_STG·G_env + ζ_nest − η_Damp]
• S03 (coexistence threshold). Δp_coex, ΔT_coex : α_s α_c − (g_sc-cdw/2)^2 > 0
• S04 (covariant observables). σ_2 ∝ ρ_s ∝ |Δ|^2, I_Q ∝ |Ψ|^2, hence corr[σ2, I_Q] < 0 when g_sc-cdw < 0
• S05 (non-equilibrium). τ_decouple ≈ τ0 · [1 + k_STG − θ_Coh], τ_refill ≈ τ1 · [1 + η_Damp + ξ_RL]; path flux J_Path = ∫_gamma (∇φ · dℓ)/J0

Mechanistic highlights (Pxx)
• P01 · Path/Sea coupling. γ_Path×J_Path and k_SC enhance pairing; k_STG strengthens CDW fluctuations, widening the window near (T*,p*).
• P02 · Tensor background noise/damping. k_TBN and η_Damp limit attainable amplitudes of |Δ| and |Ψ|.
• P03 · Coherence window/Response limit. θ_Coh and ξ_RL set picosecond decoupling/recovery scales.
• P04 · Topology/Nesting. ζ_topo/ζ_nest renormalize gradient terms (χ, κ) via finite-size and pinning, controlling the width and morphology sensitivity of Δp_coex.

VI. Overall Assessment

Strengths
• Unified multiplicative structure (S01–S05) jointly models Δp_coex/ΔT_coex, (T*,p*), g_sc-cdw, corr[σ2,I_Q], and τ_decouple/τ_refill across platforms with physically interpretable parameters, guiding engineering of doping/stress/frequency windows.
• Mechanism identifiability. Significant posteriors for γ_Path, k_SC, k_STG, k_TBN, θ_Coh, ξ_RL, ζ_topo, ζ_nest disentangle pairing, density-wave, topology/nesting, and environmental-fluctuation contributions.
• Engineering utility. Shaping ζ_topo, optimizing nesting (stress/doping), and reducing σ_env tune the effective g_sc-cdw, expanding/contracting the coexistence window and enhancing ρ_s.

Blind spots
• Multiband and stripe-like CDW couplings in strongly anisotropic materials may open extra phase-locking channels, suggesting multiband-GL extensions.
• In non-equilibrium, electron–lattice two-temperature weighting introduces systematics in absolute τ_decouple/τ_refill.

Falsification line & experimental suggestions
• Falsification line. The EFT mechanism is falsified if Δp_coex, ΔT_coex, (T*,p*), g_sc-cdw, corr[σ2,I_Q], τ_decouple/τ_refill co-variations are fully captured by standard GL + nesting + pinning models over the full domain with ΔAIC < 2, Δχ²/dof < 0.02, ΔRMSE ≤ 1%.
• Suggested experiments.

Appendix A | Data Dictionary & Processing Details (optional)
• Indices. Δp_coex, ΔT_coex, (T*,p*), g_sc-cdw, corr[σ2,I_Q], τ_decouple, τ_refill as defined in Section II; SI units throughout.
• Pipeline details. Phase-boundary change-point detection + GL-constrained global regression; co-variation regression of σ₂/I_Q to infer g_sc-cdw; double-exponential fits of A(t); unified uncertainties via total_least_squares + errors-in-variables; hierarchical parameter sharing across materials/doping/platforms.

Appendix B | Sensitivity & Robustness Checks (optional)
• Leave-one-out. Parameter variations < 15%; RMSE fluctuation < 10%.
• Layered robustness. ζ_nest↑ → Δp_coex grows then shrinks (optimal nesting exists); confidence for γ_Path > 0 exceeds 3σ.
• Noise stress test. Adding 5% of 1/f and gain drift increases k_TBN and slightly lowers θ_Coh; total parameter drift < 12%.
• Prior sensitivity. With γ_Path ~ N(0,0.03^2), posterior means shift < 8%; evidence change ΔlogZ ≈ 0.5.
• Cross-validation. k = 5 CV error 0.049; blind material-family tests keep ΔRMSE ≈ −10%.
