Open Letter | Why I Continue to Study Energy Filament Theory (EFT)
Dear friend,
If this is your first time here, you may ask: why would one person spend so much time rewriting the underlying picture of the vacuum, particles, light, fields, forces, quantum phenomena, the universe, black holes, and boundaries?
My answer is simple, and deeply personal: I study EFT not for fame or profit, but because I must continue asking after the truth of the universe.
Dedication
I dedicate The EFT Manual of the Universe's Underlying Mechanics series to the children I have never forgotten: Yiyi and Tutu. In the years to come, I will continue asking after the truth of the universe and searching for where you have gone.
I. Where This Research Comes From
EFT did not begin as an attempt to oppose anyone. On the contrary, I have always respected the immense achievements already established by modern physics: relativity, quantum theory, the Standard Model, and modern cosmology are all extraordinarily precious peaks of human reason.
These systems are extremely successful within their respective windows, and they have formidable computational power. Yet at the deeper level of physical picture, many concepts remain separated from one another: the vacuum is pictured as empty space, particles as points, fields as invisible entities suspended in space, forces as hands reaching across distance, quantum physics as an oracle of probability, and cosmology as though it were read from a god's-eye view outside the universe.
What EFT tries to do is first redraw that underlying map.
II. What EFT Is
EFT is a grand unification framework that starts from the same underlying mechanism map and attempts to connect microphysical particles, light and propagation, fields and forces, quantum measurement, the macroscopic universe, black holes, Silent Cavities, boundaries, origins, and final states. It does not add another patch to the old picture; instead, it starts again from more upstream questions: what the universe is made of, how change propagates, how structures form, and how readings appear.
The whole of EFT begins from very few assumptions. At its core are only two axioms:
- Axiom 1: The vacuum is not empty; the universe is a continuous Energy Sea.
- Axiom 2: Particles are not points; they are Filament structures that curl up in the Energy Sea, close, and undergo Locking.
From these two axioms, a Field can be read as a Sea State distribution map, Force as Gradient Settlement, light as Relay Propagation over a continuous base, quantum measurement as a threshold transaction, and the macroscopic universe as Sea State undergoing long-timescale Relaxation Evolution.
III. Why I Believe EFT Is Very Likely on the Right Track
I will not turn “very likely on the right track” into “fully proven.” Experimental verification, observational testing, mathematical formalization, and peer review all take time.
Still, I believe EFT is very likely pointing in the right underlying direction, and the reason is not mysterious: with very few foundational assumptions, it explains an enormous span of phenomena.
- Starting from two axioms, it can place the vacuum, particles, light, fields, forces, Quantum Readout, Dark Pedestal, redshift, black holes, and the cosmic boundary back into one shared language.
- It does not add a new object at every anomaly. Instead, it draws many scattered readings back to one material-science base map.
- Nor is it obscure: once the base map is replaced with “continuous Energy Sea — Filament structure — Sea State — Relay — threshold readout,” many of the physical pictures behind the formulas become imaginable, discussable, and open to questioning.
Science certainly cannot win on simplicity alone. But when a framework explains more phenomena with fewer assumptions and makes the mechanism chain from the microscopic to the macroscopic more coherent, Occam's razor asks us to take it seriously.
“Fewer assumptions + stronger explanatory power + a clearer falsification route” is itself a signal worth pursuing. Even if the theory is later falsified, it can still leave behind important cognitive and methodological gains.
IV. Its Relationship with Mainstream Physics
I do not believe EFT must appear with the posture of “overthrowing everything.” Mainstream physics remains valid in many windows. It is like a high-precision engineering language responsible for getting results right; EFT is more like a mechanism base map, responsible for asking how the physical reality behind those results actually runs.
For that reason, the relationship between EFT and mainstream physics should not be reduced to emotional opposition. A more reasonable statement is this: where mainstream theories already calculate accurately, EFT must reduce to them consistently; where mainstream theories require patches, suffer explanatory breaks, or face clusters of anomalies, EFT tries to provide a more unified underlying reading.
V. On Peer Recognition
I respect peer review, and I welcome professional criticism. But I will not spend my main energy on “first seeking an endorsement from a status or identity.” For a million-word-scale theory spanning multiple fields, responsible recognition must be built on understanding, chain-checking, replication, and testing — not on names, circles, or a hurried one-line judgment.
So I will continue putting my time into what matters more: continuing to dig into the underlying operating mechanisms of the universe and, within the limits of available resources, advancing falsifiable experiments and observational tests.
The question of “academic recognition” belongs to evidence, and it also belongs to time.
VI. An Invitation to Readers
I do not ask you to believe EFT immediately. I would rather ask you to test it. You can first download the EFT Knowledge Base of the Underlying Operation of the Universe and let an AI help you organize it, compare it, question it, and look for mistakes.
Truly valuable scientific discussion does not depend on who speaks louder. It depends on which base map explains more, assumes less, makes its risks more transparent, and better withstands time and review.
With gratitude.
